Q: How do you price your work?

A: I work either on an hourly basis or by the job.

Q: Do you accept contracts from outside Canada?

A: Yes, the regular mail system is very reliable, or a private firm (Federal express, United Parcel Service etc.) may be used.

Q: What is the usual procedure to have a piece restored?

1. The needs of the client in regards to the piece being restored is is determined.

2. A treatment proposal with options with be presented.

3. KC&R will submit a high and low estimate.

4. A contract of agreement is drawn up. At this time KC&R requires a 50% deposit to start the restoration.

5. Once the work is completed as per the agreement and to the client’s satisfaction the restored piece will be returned upon payment in full.
